Our client gallery partner’s website is Pixieset. 


To provide you with the services you signed up for via our client gallery ( We will use the information you provided to enable you to view galleries, to communicate with you and with us in relation to the specific gallery, to facilitate payment and order processing and any other services including gallery expiration and offers. This also includes sharing this information with third-party service providers in order to provide the services (such as emailing a Client). When we need to share information, we take the steps to ensure that only the necessary information is shared, and the information is protected and being used in accordance with our policy.

To visit a Life Out There client gallery you will be required to enter personal data (namely your email address) and/or a password. Your personal data (email address) will be stored within Pixieset’s system/ and used in conjunction with our email platform MailChimp, on their servers and will be used to email you up to a maximum of four times and only with information relevant to the client gallery you have accessed e.g. to inform you of a discount offer on gallery purchases. Any such emails sent to you will only be during the 12 month period for which the gallery is live. After 12 months has passed since a gallery was created it is automatically deleted and your personal data (email address) is completely removed from our system.

Access to and sharing of data:


In addition to any circumstances described below, we may share any data we collect if we are required to share data with the legal authorities to fulfil our obligations under the law of England and Wales.


If we wish to access or share your data in any way not described in this privacy policy, we will contact you beforehand and only proceed with your explicit consent.


Data we collect and how we use it:


When submitting a form on this website or offline, contacting us directly via email or social media,

 the submitted data is sent directly to Life Out There.

We use this data to contact you in relation to your enquiry.

Access to data we collect is limited to the company Life Out There / Life Out There Photography and is not accessible by any other party.

When you use our website and client gallery, we’ll only use your information to:

  • Process your request to supply you with information or answer a query

  • Registration of our client albums, to gain access.

  • Keep you up to date with expiration of your gallery and any offers/promotions we have through our Mailchimp communications, using the email address that you supplied when you registered to view your gallery. Communications will only be related to the specific gallery that you registered with, and are not part of our wider marketing campaigns. 

  • Monitor traffic across areas of our website

If you would like a photo removed from our website or client gallery, please contact us via our contact page and we will take it down immediately once we receive your message and discuss the matter further.

If you’d like to unsubscribe from communications with us, you can do that at any time. You’ll find clear unsubscribe instructions included in every email we send to you, guiding you through the process. 

Communication for services:


When we send communication for enquires / agreed photography / creative services, we store your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.

This information is used to contact you directly in relation to the creative services / photoshoot you require, and to send you information for photography / creative services available.
 This communication will exclusively come from Life Out There only and will not be passed on to any third parties.

We may occasionally make changes to this privacy policy. Following any changes, the date at the top of the privacy policy will be updated. If any change allows for the wider access to or sharing of data, such changes will only apply to data collected after the date of the updated privacy policy.


Database Subscribers:


Aside from the privacy details listed above, visitors to the site will also have the option to subscribe to our database. Becoming a member of our database means users will receive marketing emails and updates, no more than once per week. You can opt out at any time.
